Welcome to the new NDG Lynx. As some people know, I used to do a little page for the NDG Lions of Midget AA fame, but now I've moved on to the Lynx.

A little overview of the team. The team is comprised of players aged 16, 17 and 18. They play teams all over the province of Quebec, with hopes of winning the provincials to move on to the Nationals. The team has drawn players from areas surrounding and including NDG, of Montreal Canada.

This page is devoted to the team of the Lynx. Now if you don't know us, we are a fun loving bunch of players who try to win. But where's the fun in winning if you can't enjoy it? So this page epitomizes that theory. There are some comments made here that put down other players, but it's all in good fun. If you don't agree with this policy, I think that you should please leave now.

Also, the views on this page are in no way representative of the views of NDG minor Baseball. They are personal views only. If you don't agree with these views/news, then you should once again leave.

September 4th, 1999: The NDG Lynx have just completed the first game of their playoff tournament. If you are not familiar with the format, it is very simple. The winner of this tournament will be crowned league champs. St-Jerome is not participating in the tournament for reasons undisclosed. Provincial champs Sherbrooke, said that they did not know if they would have enough players to be able to participate on certain days of this tournament. They have been thrown out of the tournament. It would have been nice to see them at least show up for a game or two.

But the game report for the Lynx first game is now posted. They face Brossard tomorrow at noon.
